Even though the summer is still a few months away, clubs are already busy making plans for their pre-season tours. Arsenal are one of those clubs already making preparations for the summer and they have reportedly identified the United States as where they will be having their pre-season tour ahead of the 2022-2023 English Premier League season. Arsenal are one of the clubs that have been tipped to sign new players in the summer, particularly after losing star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Barcelona in the January winter transfer window. They have also been urged to sign new players to further boost their chances if making a huge statement next campaign in their attempts to win more trophies under manager Mikel Arteta as they have won only the FA Cup under his management.

There is a growing belief that Arteta could be given some funds by the Arsenal board to sign some players when the summer transfer window opens for business in a few months but a lot if fans do not share in that belief. Arteta would be eager to know how much support and backing he will be getting from the Arsenal board in the summer regarding player transfers as he would want to assemble his team before going on the tour.

The pre-season tour is usually a great atmosphere and opportunity for all the players including new and existing ones to try out different methods and playing tactics together before the new season commences and having all the players he wishes to start next season with will be an absolutely huge boost for Arteta.

Arsenal have been linked with some strikers in their attempt to replace both Aubameyang and Lacazette this summer, including Alexander Isak, after missing out on signing Dusan Vlahovic in January.
